This workshop takes a practical science-based approach to understanding what’s really happening in your nervous system when anxiety shows up.

In this workshop you will develop:

  • A simple understanding of your nervous system and its 3 states

  • Clarity on the link between anxiety and your body’s survival responses

  • What your anxiety is trying to communicate to you.

  • Gentle somatic exercises to release anxious tension and restore balance

  • Understand why anxiety keeps showing up — and how to work with it, not against it.

  • Tools to respond to anxiety when it shows up to bring relief

  • Daily rituals that will help you create a personalized nervous system regulation tool box.
